Define Your Ideal Candidate
Begin by creating a comprehensive job description that outlines the company and role overview, reporting structure, tasks and responsibilities, and ideal schedule(s).

Prequalified Candidates
Within approximately two business days, our team will deliver a list of 3-5 prequalified candidates for your review. Each candidate profile includes an introductory video and their resume.

Select and Hire
Review the provided candidates and select the individual (or individuals) you wish to hire or interview. There are no additional onboarding fees or lock-up periods.
